2. Acceptance of Terms

By using tech-sensei.com you accept these terms. If you don't accept, please don't use the site. Material changes notified via newsletter (if subscribed) + site banner.

• Not attempt to circumvent our security (hacking, scraping, abusive automation)

By subscribing you consent to receive: weekly Sensei Brief, occasional product launch announcements, occasional partner offers (max 2/quarter, opt-out per category). Unsubscribe anytime via link in every email.

8. Refund Policy (Phase 3+ paid services)

• Sensei School courses: 30-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked
• Sensei Pro subscription: cancel anytime, full refund within 30 days of last billing
• Solutions consulting (1:1 sessions): refundable if cancelled 48h+ before scheduled time; non-refundable after delivery (intangible service per Italian Codice del Consumo art. 59)

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
